Where we ship

We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, the UAE, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Ukraine. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order over $60. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Ukraine has its own domestic rate.

How long it takes

Two parts, and you should count both. Most orders leave the warehouse within two business days; the aroma diffuser and the facial massager take three to seven business days to be prepared. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 days to the EU and the US.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships, and you can follow the parcel at any time on our tracking page. Tracking can take two or three days to start updating after it is issued; that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Split parcels

If you order several items they may arrive separately, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost to you.

Customs and import duties

Orders are shipped internationally, and prices at checkout do not include import duties, local taxes or carrier handling fees. Where they apply, the carrier collects them from you on delivery and the charge is yours to settle. Two recent changes are worth knowing about: since 29 August 2025 the United States applies duty to imported parcels whatever their value, and since 1 July 2026 the European Union charges duty on parcels under 150 euro as well. We cannot quote the amount in advance, because it depends on your country and on the goods.

Wrong address or a parcel that never arrives

Check your address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we can resend it once you cover the new shipping. If tracking has not moved for 15 days, write to us through the form on our contact page and we will open a case with the carrier and replace or refund the order.
