Four hours of an ordinary day tend to go wrong in the same way for most people. 06:30, when you wake in the dark to a noise. 08:00, when there are ten minutes for your face before the door. 18:40, when the day is still sitting in your shoulders. 22:10, when the room is not quite dark and the phone is still on. We keep one or two objects for each of those hours, and nothing else.
Why the shop exists
It started with a winter of bad mornings and a drawer of gadgets that all wanted an app, an account and a subscription before they would do the one thing they had been bought for. We wanted the opposite: a small number of objects that work the moment you plug them in, chosen for a particular hour rather than for a category page. If something needs an app to be useful, it does not belong here.
How the shop works
Quiet Hours is a small independent online shop run by one person. We do not keep a warehouse of our own. Each order is packed and dispatched by the manufacturing partner we buy the product from and sent straight to you with a tracking number. That is how a shop this size can carry a wake-up light and an LED mask at all, and it is also why delivery takes seven to fifteen days rather than two.
We would rather say that plainly than hide it behind a stock photo of a warehouse. Our shipping policy gives real timings rather than optimistic ones, every parcel gets a tracking number and a tracking page, and we tell you about import duties before you pay rather than after. Returns run for 30 days and are set out in the refund policy.
