A plane seat gives you nothing to lean on. Your head drops forward, you wake, you straighten up, and that runs for nine hours. Meridian deals with the three things that keep you upright and awake: the light, the head, and the arms.
The mask rests on the bone rather than the eyelids, so your eyes stay shut and can still move. The strap loops the headrest and holds your head where it was already trying to fall. The sling carries the weight of your arms and keeps the cabin draught off your chest. Folded, the pieces go into a bag the size of a paperback.

Will the strap fit my seat?
It fits any headrest it can be looped around — economy and premium seats, plus car and train seats. On a seat with no headrest it will not work.
Does it work if I sleep leaning on the window?
Yes. The strap stops the head dropping forward; against a window you simply use less of it. The sling and the mask do the same job either way.
How small does it pack?
The three pieces fold to roughly 16 × 16 × 4 cm and weigh 280 g together — about a paperback, and lighter than most neck pillows on their own.
Not a medical device. Machine wash cold and air dry. Keep the straps away from children.
